Enforcement depended entirely on manual follow-ups via emails and tickets, with no structured escalation path and no centralised visibility into enforcement status or supplier responsiveness.

Codemine implemented a business-driven Supplier Enforcement framework tightly integrated with SAP Ariba. The solution introduced scenario-based enforcement triggers, a progressive time-based escalation model giving suppliers multiple correction opportunities, and supplier self-service resolution directly in the Ariba Network UI - eliminating manual intervention while giving SAP Ariba teams full lifecycle visibility from initiation through resolution.
